Direct Extrusion

The FiberexT venting system allows to run dried materials with vacuum, Fasalex materials without venting or high moisture content formulations with atmospheric venting. In all cases the barrel remains the same.

Water management

Further flexibility is added by the modular feeding and dosing concept allowing to apply all material concepts currently available.

Feeding Solutions

New barrel layout, new vent system and screw desings are the most important fields of innovation.

Processing Unit

The fiberexT wood composite extruder is based on the concept of counter rotating concial twin screw extruders. BUt major areas have been reengineered to suit the needs fo wood composite extrusion.
