Single-screw extruders 60mm with special screws design. 3 phase electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter. Auto bubble inflate system. Air flow controlled by inverter. Air ring specific for PVC blown film. Two heat exchangers, cooling the blown air in the air ring. Haul-off unit with a rubber and hard chromium plated cooled rolls. Winding unit composed of two hard-chromium plated cooled rolls. All cylinders moved individually controlled by frequency invertes. Optical sensor to control the size of the bubble. Inverters linked and synchronized for optimal process control. Specific blown film die for PVC, with rotary system. All lines are designed and developed to work from raw materials DIRECTLY to ready film rolls in final sizes, lengths and thickness, without any extra step, rewinding or trimming edge: "ALL IN ONE PROCESS" Thickness: from 15 to 100 microns Film width:up to 1.200 mm Production: up to 90 kg/h
