Features and specifications:
SHJ series twin-screw extruder is used at the first stage. The extruder integrates
machine barrel and screw in one with the extruder head at the discharging end.
Even under the condition of no pressure, the extruder has outstanding plastifying,
compounding, mixing and extruding performance, especially for heat-sensitive
materials, such as PVC.
Single-screw extruder is used at the second stage. Thanks to short L/D range, the
extruder, even under the low cutting condition, has good plastifying and longitudinally
compounding performance and high stability in extruding and pelleting to avoid the decomposition of the material at high temperature.
