Easy operation and maintenance
Dual haul-off unit has a total width of 1450mm. Two individual units are housed in a common frame.
The short center line of approx 460mm is realized by special design of the carriage structure. Individual bearing of carriages are all at one side only, which makes service/maintenance easy.
More flexibility in profile extrusion
JARI Dual lines can be independently operated like two single lines placed tightly together, which brings more flexibility in profile extrusion.
It can not only be operated with twin-strand extrusion tools for main profiles, quadruple-strand auxiliary profiles, but also produce different profiles on each line with optional Y-distributor
adaptors.
New ideas add more benefits
JARI Dual lines enable dual strand production which will make profile extruders more competitive in world market.
Besides double production, it saves at least 30% space than using single line. Without building new plant, profile extruders can increase production capacity by shifting to dual lines.
