Three kinds of CHEER PET sheet line are available: 1) single screw extruder with crystallizer and dryer ; 2) twin screw extruder without pre-crystallizer and dryer; 3) venting single screw extruder without pre-crystallizer for energy-saving.PET sheet (APET, PETG, CPET,RPET) is the material which is flexible, transparent, non-toxic, environmental friendly and recyclable suitable for thermoforming boxes, cases, bowls and plates etc in medica and food industrials.
Output capacity : 350-500kg/h even higher if using high speed and heavy design gearbox and motor.
thickness ranges from 0.20 to 1.5mm
Sheet width range 500-1500mm,
CHEER - PET sheet line is designed for the APET, PET-G ,C-PET,RPET single or multi-layer sheet , it can produces the PS, PP, PE ,PLA sheet in the same line .it is a multi-using machine.
