XPS sheet extruder

XPS sheet extruder,in the XPS process,it uses newly or recycled polystyrene pellets;commonly needs to add color masterbatch or flame-retardant agent,etc,feed the mixed materials into 1st stage extrusion system.for melt plasticzing and blending;the extruders pump the melted material though net exchanger after the foaming agent is injected and homogenized in the primary extruder; the mixing is extruded into secondary extruder for further honogernization and temperature lower when temperature and pressure will be controlled precisely then extruded into specialsprue mould-this time,the hi-pressured foam agent inpolimers expands into separate mini-bubbles wrapped in PS mould-bubble,then after cool-calibrating into even,closed-hole honeycomb plate.by thelevelling unitand haul-off&convey roller,after the cutting systemto get the final required pre-sized XPS sheet.then stacking and packing into storyage.the wasted materials can be re-used by recyling pelletizing machine.quality control measurements for flatness and thickness are performed before theboards are finished.
