Extrusion coating groups suitable for insertion in converting lines for special lamination.

Extruder:
driven by a d.c. motor, fed by electronic system with controlled diodes. These extruders have an L/D ratio equal to 30 diameters which allows a perfect homogenation of the polymer, even at a high production rate. The extruder is assembled on a special framework which permits both horizontal and vertical movements, in order to obtain a perfect alignment of the extrusion head with the other machinery, as well as to simplify the cleaning of the extrusion complex. The extruder can be moved by means of an electromechanical device.
Continuos flow filter:
with filtering packs which are interchangeable during operation.
Extrusion head:
complete with 90
