This production line is available for the framework of luggage and bag,the soleplate of baby-carriage.

Raw material to be processed:PP,ABS,PVC

Cylinder is made of 38CrMoAlA high-class nitrogenized steel,and has been nitrogenization treated,while surface sprays alloy.

Screw is made of 38CrMoAlA high-class nitrogenized steel,and has been nitrogenization treated,while surface sprays alloy.

Gearbox adopts cast steel parts,gear teeth adopts alloy steel and fine-teeth treated,all lubrication points inside the gearbox are all forced lubrication type,while lubrication oil is equipped with high-efficient water cooling system.

This production line includes mainframe extruder,mould,haul-off units,water tank,cutter and discharge shelf.
