PVC lacquer-free boards are combined by extruding board and decorating film with wood veins; as character of boards and film are similar, thus they can be blended together by thermal treatment of three-roller calendar. Then smoothing surface, beautiful appearance, innocuity, mildew-free, no distortion, no cracking and bending structure are available under lacquer-free state, thus it is one new style decorating materials.

PVC expansion boards are updated board expanded at core part and smoothing surface so that the boards have light weight, high intensity and can be processed as wood materials. Fit for ad lettering materials, architecture, decoration materials, door and window of furniture, etc.

This production line can produce one-layer and multi-layer soft and hard PVC boards (patches), as well as PVC wide leather floor
