Diameter 16mm-800mm series PVC pipe extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industried such as agriculture and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc, it also named PVC Pipe Production Line, PVC Pipe making machine.

This PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is composed conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutter and stake etc. The extruder and haul off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul off motors adopt high-quality products. The haul off methods are two-claw, three -claw, four-claw, and six-claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionlly attached with length counter and intensifying device. This line is of reliable performance and high production effeciency.

1. The pipe production line is developed by absorbing 1990 west, the extruding machine is twin screw extruder.

2. The pipe production line adopt European advanced technology. Extruding machine is SJZ51/105 or SJZ65/132, 81/156, 92/188 cone double screws squeezer, equipped with single-controlled stainless steel spraying shaper. When one tube is being adjusted, the another will not be affected. Automatic single-controlled double tractor And cutter are mixed together with previous shaping technology, which makes the operation easier.

3. You can separately control and make tubes work of this pipe production line at the same time.
