Both the screw and cylinder adopt 38Crmoal alloy steel, processed by nitrogen, the hardness is high and strong, durable in use and able to bear corrosion. The surface of mould can cut the hot granules. Then the materials come into the wind-cooling pipe. The whole process is closed of energy conservation and environmental protection. According to different designs of the screws, the device can be applied to hard or soft PVC granules.

This device can make granules of all kinds of waste PVC plastic electrical wires, cover of cable, slots, artificial leather, pipes and boards in everyday use.
