2         THE MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

The printing machine is designed for the printing of wood grains on the surfaces of PVC sealing belts, plastic floor angular lines and PVC frame strips. Thick-walled rectangular tubes are welded together to form an integral machine frame to ensure the working accuracy. Suspended sliding structures, together with the fast vertical moving device and manual micro adjustment, are designed for the vertical moving and the feeding of the rollers. The four shafts of the printer are synchronizing by servo motors with swing scratch blades and pneumatic turning device. Two colors can be printed at the same time. The printing and the mold rollers can be easily installed and discharged. With the optimized frame structure and the easy operating character the printer is a n idea device for the printing of sealing strips.
