Longxing Company is the only domestic nongovernmental enterprise that combines the research and development of curved-surface offset printers, the manufacture of dies, sheet materials cups and printing plates, and the special printing on cups.
The company has leading technologies and advanced equipment and has passed ISO9001 International Quality System Certification. Its curved surface offset printers, which were developed all by its own technical force, have been granted three patents. Benefiting from nonstop pioneering and innovating, the company has taken the lead in China on four occasions in four years. In 1999, it was the first in China to successfully develop horizontal tunnel-style curing high-speed cup printers. In 2000, it developed tunnel-style curing high-speed curved-surface printer of PLC human-computer interface control, which was the first of its kind in China. In 2003, it developed the first homemade high-speed station curing cup printer, whose maximum speed reached 15000pc/hour. In March 2003, the company once again took the lead in China to replace tunnel-style curing cup printers with 6 to 8-color high-speed station curing cup printers of PLC control and computerized digital ink control. This face fully shows the company advantage in manpower and also proves the success of the companys strategy of emphasizing talents and fostering elites. On August 19,2000 and March 9,2003, the newspaper of China Package has published two overall reports respectively on Longxing Company. On October 10,2003, CCTV has also reported with very good remarks.
