Stack unit

Unique speed difference compensate device ,whatever the diameter of cushion change,the device can  make the rubber roller along with template roller glide,accordingly let the surface of cushion and knife template at same speed and insure every batch carton in one size.

Template roller and excellent cushion roller with no die-cutter can auto run away through eccentric gear to relieve the machine racing load and extension the life of excellent strength rubber roller and cutter die .30mm and match with radial differential device can even disreibution abrasion  to extension the life of rubber roller.

Cushion roller and template roller all use high quality steel and balance emendation to increase the stability.

Die cutter Unit

Allocate aluminium contender.

Slotter phase adjustment structure and planet gear structure .

One pair type trim knife ,sharp and durable in use .

Alloy tool steel quality through heat treatment ,grind  tooth shape slot width is 5mm,hardness and toughness all good .

Using  PLCtouch-screen and electric button controlled in step when line-pressing wheel,guiding wheel and slotter knife plate moving and can store the order.

Up line-pressing wheel is use high quality polyurethane and it will not damage the cardboard.

By in advance line press ,the carton difficult to be press broken .

Slotter Unit

Printing phase place fastening devices with magnetic clutch to keep the original print position when units separate .

Electronic digital display adjust forme roller horizontal position, adjust distance amount to 20 millimetres.

Using PLCtouch-screen control the print phase and Electronic digital 360?adjustment.Forme roller has the functions of intelligent return to zero and nearb by reset.

Phase adjustment and planst gear structure.

The anilox roller  with automatic elevator device (Run feeding, anilox roller down; stop feeding ,anilox roller up).

Installation or uninstallation the forme controlled by foot switch.

Using hanging style, convenience and fast .

Printer Unit

Equipped with suck removing dust machine ,can improve printing quality. 

Link work of automatic feeding and anilox roller to reduce carton to waete.

Can select continue or skip-feeding and show the number of product with counter device .
