The new Azon UV JET 1600FB/R has the ability to print on media up to 25,4 mm thick at 600x1200-dpi print mode. It's an affordable UV printer with high quality output on both rigid and rolled media, while ensuring high throughput results for maximum efficiency.
Built-in roll feed mechanism and UV- curable inks, Azon UV JET 1600FB/R ensures maximum media flexibility so you can print directly onto rigid or rolled materials, with no need for mounting or laminating. Azon UV JET 1600FB/R saves time, increases productivity, reduces operating costs, and shortens turn around time.

Azon UV JET 1600FB/R uses twelve industrial piezoelectric drop-on demand print heads configured in two interlacing roes per process color. Each print head have patented shear mode, shared wall technology incorporates low power modulation and unique acoustic waveforms to deliver exceptionally low levels of internal mechanical stress, resulting in an unsurpassed consistency of quality,reliability and print head life.
Each print head deliver output at true 600x600-dpi resolution . A 600x300-dpi print mode is also available for faster print speeds and lower ink consumption.
Easy Operation and Low Maintenance
Available as 6 color model. Easy media loading and accurate registration features ensure short set-up time and minimize stoppage between copies.
Transport Mechanism
A motorized system for winding and unwinding rolls makes it possible to print flexible materials. The materials are transported precisely. Rigid and semi-flexible sheets of up to 25 mm thickness go through machine smoothly and without jerking
