Intermediate flash-cure unit to be installed on automatic or manual carousel screen printing machines. It is available on models from  6,   kW. It can be fixed at the structure of the machine or mobile, for a simple positioning between the various intermediate spaces. SPOT IR intermediate dryers were designed to create an efficient balance between performance and electrical consumption, thanks to the possibility to modify the speed and the stroke of the lamps. Each model allows to effect single and double passages and function only by air excluding the lamps. Limit switch adjustable from 170 to 700-1000 mm.

  Automatic carousel screen printing machine available from  to 6 colours. It can be equipped with intermediate spaces between each printing head, where the flash-cure units can be installed. The honey-combed 14 aluminium printing pallets. Each print head has its own membrane keyboard to independently control the heads lifting, print stroke and squeenge/flood bar angle and pressure setting. Moreover, the machine is equipped with a main touch-screen control board allowing to control several functions, such as the automatic sequential start and stop program, the thickness function, the sampling, etc.
