FEATURES Kick feeding arrangement, provided with two feeding rollers and two side guides. Adjustable sheet stopping brackets are also provided to ensure feeding of one sheet at a time. Sheet resting brackets are also provided to pile the sheets. PRINTING UNIT Bottom printing system, easy to operate. The printing is done by using rubber stereos mounted on the impression rollers. Water based inks are used for high speed and best quality printing. Because of the use of modern water based printing inks, there is no danger of ink drying on the anilox rollers when the machine is stopped. The ink is dried quickly with no rubbing effect on the sheet. Dust guards are provided with the anilox and the doctor rolls. Printing units have adjustable registration systems.CREASER SLOTTER UNITWith four sets creasing heads and 2 sets trimming heads. 4 sets of slotting heads with adjustable registration system for the slots, shifting of slotting heads is done manually. The delivery conveyor is attached with creaser slotter unit.
