Main Drive - Main driving AC induction servomotor, provide stable feeding speed.
Unwinding section - Horizontal type unwind stand / Swing-out type mechanical shaft with adapters makes loading and unloading more convenient
Tube Making - CSF-30G can use solvent to seal PVC film in the center and wind the sealed tube as a roll for Auto Label Applicator.
- The automatic glue-flow controller can determine the most appropriate amount of glue according to the speed of the machine and apply it without the need for manual adjustment
- The finish -roll can be put on cutting machine (CDV-30S) to be cut into pieces of labels
Rewinding section - Rewind AC induction servomotor provides accurate rewinding control and stable rewind tension
- Rewinding stand with core-less roll swift release device makes unloading easily.
