HEAT PRESSES

The heat press 1700 C has been designed and constructed in order to guarantee the perfect quality of application of the sublimation transfers. The main characteristics of this machine are: the compactness, the robustness and the high productivity. The robustness of the machine, the precision in the mechanical construction, the choice of electronic instrumentations create an high-quality machine which respect the rigorous European norms and the resistant paint guarantees one long duration in the time. Perfect parallelism between the plates is guaranteed from an shock-absorber oscillating mounted on the inferior plate, and from a special high temperatures resistance felt the plate which covers and compensates eventual deformations of the material due to the high heat and lets the vapors created from the subliming of the inks go away improving the quality of the transferred product. Both the plate are realized in a special aluminum in order not to deform the structure which is exposed to high temperatures and continues mechanical efforts, with high conductivity of heat.
