Pressing of cased-in books and simultaneous burning-in of the Joints for forming perfect and permanent shape with the help of temperature controlled pressure blades (Joint Forming Bars).
These blades are offered in two types of Book Spine i.e. Flat or Rounded.
The book is pressed at low pressure initially then switched to high pressure whilst the joint formers adjust to different depths automatically and the book is released on completion of set time.
Light Guide to indicate the Joint Forming position and Back Gauge for faster production & consistent results.
