• MEREEN-JOHNSON Select-A-Rip multiple Rip Saw with rapid adjustment (approx. 3"/Sec); can be used independently or in conjunction with a gang sleeve arrangement; povides straight line gang ripping while maintaining optimum yield and delivering glue-joint accuracy.
• Select-A-Rip includes: Control console with touch screen, Rip Navigator optimizing software, overhead Laser Lights for accurate blade positioning, and includes foot pedal controlled 12' fence infeed with hydraulic clamping.
• 50 HP - 3,600 RPM TEFC Direct drive motor w/brake; 3 HP feed & chain, variable feed speed from 50 - 150 FPM, M-J Posi-Feed dip bed, Quad Life cams, extruded structural aluminum feed bed slats with replaceable strips, auto. chain oiler with low level shutoff.
• (4) 3" Dia. air loaded overhead pressure rolls; full width overhead bed plate, height adjustment with scale & pointer reference; anti-kickback finger system with (1) lower & (2) upper on infeed.
