PIC3PIC4PRICE:Loaded on Truck, Our Warehouse, York, PA && $19,500.00Stock # 08409-PSerial # RS1020-96R-472New 1996Model # RS1020Machine was Manufactured byGiddings & Lewis for Stone / SavageRobert Stone By W.J.SavageMACHINE FEATURES:This Model RS-1020 saw is designed to cut up to 3 pieces of1" diameter round stock per cutting stroke, or more of a smallerdiameter.It uses a 20 HP motor thatrotates a 20" diameter abrasive blade.The blade rotates at an approximate speed of 1670 RPM with anapproximate SFPM of 8800.The cuttingstroke is powered by a hydraulic cylinder with a variable speed feedcontrol.The machine utilizes a servopositioned pusher mechanism to feed work stock into the sawline.It can handle material up to 144" long.Quantity varies with other diameters.The Material Clamping System consists of (2) hydraulicclamping fixtures, (1) in front of the blade and (1) in back of the blade.These clamps are hydraulic and operate fromthe CNC control station and can be operated independently or in tandem.The "V" block design and the designof the clamping bar allow for "bundling".
