More stability for drive module due to double column construction and exceptional rigidity due to second column at sufficient spacing.

Drive Module Power : 12.5 HP motor with stepped pulley for five steps of cutting speeds 20 100M/Min.

Hydraulic Module: 5 HP motor with hydraulic pump to cater to lifting and lowering of band wheel arm while cutting operations. This system will have Typically specialized hydraulic System to cater to the need of Rapid movement of Job Indexing as well as Frame up and down movements so as to have high productivity of the Machine even though it is big and will have high momentum as compared to smaller Machines.

Control Module: Manual / Auto mode of operations will be done by electrical control logic.

In Manual operations head to be elevated manually after completion of each cut whereas in Automatic Machines head will be elevated after completion of each cut and Machine will stop after cutting set number of pieces. 

Carbide and roller blade guides.

Precise feed & feed force setting continually sensing force on the blade teeth & self adjusting the force to avoid overloading the blade.

Hydraulic Blade tensioning arrangement with adjustments for low blade tension when not in operation.
