Large bar handling systems with bar unscramblers, bar diverting tables and accurate 3-point bar diameter gaging integrated to automatically adjust cut length to accurate weight. Outgoing automatic unloaders, stackers, bundlers to suit customer's requirements are also available.

This Automatic System uses a retractable stop with dampening capability for measuring long bars and tubes
The infeed system has two unscrambling sections for smooth continuous material flow
The cut bars are being transferred onto an unloading table

Stackers and bundlers can be provided.

Outgoing conveyor can be provided to pick up severed parts and separate them into various containers.

For sawing to accurate weight, a 3-point measuring unit can be put before the saw to verify the diameters, average the value and adjust the measuring length to keep a constant weight of the cut pieces.

Measuring Carriage will measure bar diameter in one plane to verify bar diameter

Measuring System carriage will pick up bars, feed saw, trim cut,cut entire bar length and will dispose of tail end while new bar is placed on roller conveyor

Table will unscramble and lay bars on roller conveyor.

Bars can be placed on table bundled up to 10 tons.
