BERTOLA MACHINE-TOOL LIMITED is Nigeria's largest MACHINES & TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT warehouse with fully equipped maintenance workshops.
Established in 1981 as Bertola International Ltd, which name was later modified in 1986 to Bertola Machine-Tool Ltd to depict the nature of its operations. It was incorporated under The Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990, with Registration Number RC. 89822.
We have constantly proved unbeatable in high quality, prices and customer care. We also render after-sales services within Nigeria and in the neighbouring countries.
Our marketing network covers the whole of Nigeria as well as Republic of Benin, Togo, Ghana, Chad and Cameroon.
Our marketing team and entire workforce consist of dynamic and seasoned professionals of various backgrounds.
Our keenly selected products are manufactured to the latest technological standard and are therefore very durable, reliable and efficient. We undertake supply, engineering and construction contracts from all sectors of the economy such as: Manufacturing Sector, Government, Educational Establishments, Oil & Gas Sector, Agricultural Sector, and Private Individuals.
Among recent International/National Awards received by the company are:
Engineer Albert Inyang who is the Chairman/Managing Director since inception of the company till date began his career with the Nigerian branch of the Black and Decker Manufacturing Company (BDMC) of the United States in 1974. He was sent to BDMC factories in United Kingdom and Italy respectively for extensive engineering training in manufacturing and the use of power tools and was soon promoted to the position of Inventory and Import Manager.
He also studied marketing with University of Lagos (UNILAG Consult) and graduated with distinction on Computer Software with APTECH. His experiences in Machines and Tools, Marketing, Engineering Services and other Distributive Trades have made the Company a niche Player in Nigerias MACHINES-TOOLS business.
He is a Director on the Board of other Companies, A fellow of The Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria (IBMN). He is widely travelled. A Technocrat and Consultant to Industrial and Import concerns.
