GRECON DIMPTER Smart control system software run from air conditioned dust proof enclosure.

Consists of: NEWMAN Infeed conveyor feeding a NEWMAN "EPR-18SS" Double Planer. On the outside of the Planer a powered pinch roll loading boards onto to a custom GRECON DIMPTER Roughmill board dealer. The boards are then separated and individually fed into an "Opticut 350XL" Optimizing Cutoff Saw equipped with width recognition, as well as full defecting ability. From there material transfers out on a powered belt through (1) kick station and then a powered pinch roll. The system is program-interfaced able to run together or independently.

NEWMAN/GRECON DIMPTER Optimizing Line. Installed in 2006 and used very little since that time, this high volume Line was built for heavy production.
