 Features and Functionality:
The new DGS530/S Electronic Double Mitre Saw will perform the following functions:
530 mm diameter saw blade cuts two 70 mm wide profiles together side by side.
Maximum cut length 4000mm (or 5000mm ver).
Although longer cut lengths can be achieved through the extended cut facility.
Minimum cut length less than 300 mm due to special cutting cycle for short pieces.
Automatic hinging guards to comply with CE rules
Automatic profile support between saw heads to provide extra support to the material.
Saw heads automatically pivot from 22.54590 through to 135 degrees (-45) internal.
Automatic hinging transom stop for locating profile for second cut of arrowhead.
Servo driven closed loop drive system automatically positions the head to the required cutting length and angle.
Cutting list can be entered manually or via 3.5 floppy disk
Additional profile support is provided by the 1,5m roller fitted to right-hand side of moving head.
