Characteristics

The sawn timber or board is kept by receivingpressure rollers and stretched on a receiving roller path. In the machine toolthe continuous adjustment of a feed speed of converted timber up to 20 m /minutes is stipulated. The Multi-Saw Ripper is reliable, high-efficiency andsimple in management, can be maintained in not heated rooms.

Multi-Saw Ripper can be used as in structure of asawing line, and is autonomous. The Multi-Saw Ripper consists of a bench, sawunit, an infeed, nail protectionand fencings. The structure of the machine tool includes also a giving jackladder which serves for provision of operation of an infeed of the machine toolat a bucking of long workpieces. The half timber moves in the machine tool andis seized by the lower driving and upper pressure rollers which advance it in aworking area of a sawing.
