The veneers are widely used in such fields as blinds, decoration, panel, furniture, flooring, and 30%-50% wood saved comparing with sawing. With the popularity of artificial boards and booming furniture industry, sliced veneers are playing a more important role in the market. So this veneer slicer are widely put in produce as time going on. Key parts: 1) ABB motor or SIMENS motor meeting with EFF2, saving power by 13%,lower heating and long life span; 2) Japan-made professional slicing knife,ensuring good quality of veneers; 3) OMRON Electro-optical sensor to keep reliable performances; 4) AUTONICS brand ENCODER 5) PLC and human machine interface of DELTA brand 6) Electric braking system independent developed by our engineers, very efficient and reliable; 7) Electric elements of SCHNEIDER brand 8) Imported feeding belt. Machine body: Fine treated guide rail. Two guide columns for working table by hard Cr plating processing. Feeding by rollers conveyor and convey belt, which to reduce friction force and give longer working time to conveyor belt. Performances: 1. About 15pcs of veneer per minutes( based on 2-m-long wood and automatic cycle feeding system); 2. Cutting thickness shown in digit, cutting thickness can be as accurate as 0.01mm; 3. Pressing table lift/down controlled automatically and manually; 4. equipped with Foot-control Switch; 5. veneer output can be indicated by a counter; 6. automatic feeding speed can be adjusted by PLC; 7. veneer thickness cutter can be from 0.2mm to 5mm according to wood hardness; Veneer thickness error falls in 0.05mm.
