Automatic Waistband Machine

The automatic unit consists of a cylinder bed sewing head, double chain stitch, two of four needles, lower feed, needle feed and double puller which compensates for the different thickness of the fabrics giving the garment more comfort. The ratio between the feeding parts is adjusted by an exclusive intermittent transmission system, controlled by a pulse motor which assures a perfect feeding synchronism and allows the maintenance of the same stitch length while the speed is changing. This units permits, besides, the starting and ending unstitching of the waistband as well as its cut by the shear. All functions of the machine are electronically controlled and easily programmable by a special panel.
