OCS B1010 Non-vision stitching machines

The OCS has been designed to provide the user with the most advanced, yet easy to use, capabilities.Using a cylinder arm sewing head the OCS can be used either without a table, to stitch rounded, closed shoes or, with the attachment of a flat table, to join and stitch or decorate flat material.The OCS comes equipped with the ability to generate sewing programs on the machine. The preparation of a program becomes a childs play. Using a graphic editor on the machine, you have full control over all sewing parameters and geometry. Everything is changeable easily within seconds. As a result, it takes just a few minutes to generate a new sewing program and make it work.The OCS is a member of the Orisol family of systems. Sewing programs can be prepared with the SEWCAD software (option) and clamps can be milled on ORIMILL machine.
