COMPACT DOUBLE CAM SYSTEM Special cam construction introduced to each knitting section enables to provide 3-way technique and new transfer actions are made, independent of carriage advancing directions. The compact carriage brings high speed stability,and it drastically reduces a time loss at the counter turn cams, the latest model solenoid and actuators which give sufficient strength where it is needed and have durability, provide high-speed and stability. Stitch density control by stepping motor drive in each knitting section can offer simple and quick stitch presetting and its correction DOUBLE TAKE-DOWN SYSTEM The main roller system is composed of segmented sectors having loaded spring to ensure a uniform take-down over the whole fabric width, and is driven by a torque motor which is proportional to the effective take-down needs. The sub roller system attached directly in the looping area is a take-down device with independent drive. Exert in a remarkable power for shape knitting in which transformation of knitting width is inevitable widening or narrowing. It has many other merits as shape knitting with small stitches or fabric knitting without edge distortion and so forth The opening and closing is possible through program commands. NEEDLE PLATE The needle plates are made of special hardened steels so that the system reduces wear and the possibility of damage enabling high speed knitting. The needle plates are easily replaceable if there are any accidental damages. The needle plates became effective in decreasing of running noise. RACKING The racking system on the back needle bed is obtained by a precise ball screw and a powerful motor controlled by highly sophisticated electronic driver. The exact position of the racking can be adjusted through the user program,and it is possible to perform some transfer while knitting on both needle-beds, and also to optimize the racking position to improve transfer action. STITCH PRESSER(OPTION) Presser unit, simple and easy to operate is separately mounted on the front and rear carriage boxes. lntroduction of the stitch presser unit to the carriage allows expand pattern possibilities and virtually to obtain special effects, such as multi-tuck stitches, wave stitches etc. They are controlled, range by range, by the program and are specially suitable for knitting of fully fashioned and embossing fabrics. The latest foot pressers are motor-driven system that allows the pressers to carry out individual operating adjustments in both knit and transfer, in either direction. YARN CARRLER The yarn carrier traversing range can freely settled every carriage stroke by introduction of a yarn block mechanism. Yarn carriers are controlled by computer for automatic positioning 16 yarn carriers are on 4 double profile rails.
