The machine is equipped with computerized digital control system, which adjusts the speed of sewing, length of needle gauge, bead size, independent penumatic lifter of presser and knee lifter of presser, and also regulats front and back sides of bead, and half-needle adjusting button. Provided with 100 programs, respectively 0-99 programs, each of which has the function of 1-15 needle of cycle sewing (each needle is made up of front and back sides stitchings). Any thread gauge can be input at each section (0.5-0.75MM).
Also provided with needle protector which means the needle will not be broken even under the conditions of high-speed sewing, thick fabrics and turning sewing. The function of automatic and manual thread trimmer, with strengthening reverse stitching and corner stitching.
Besides the advanced decorative thread, it can also use other high-quality sewing thread to reduce the thread cost. With the crocheting design,it is available to only put the sewing thread into the hooked needle without threading, which is much quicker and timesaving in case of the requirement for looser stitching to sew thin fabrics, only turn the thread-loosing button to make the thread-loosening fingers beside the presser moveable.
