Small cylinder bed for small cylindrical good
The circumference of the cylinder bed is only 148mm. The new type of cylinder bed overedgers includes all the features of the celebrated EX Series. Sews small cylindrical goods smoothly such as hemming sleeves on T-shirts or children's wear. In addition, there is no obstacle around the cylinder bed, providing a 10mm space to the right of the needle drop. This ensures easy installation of various kinds of equipment, thus producing quality products.
The features of the variable top feed machines have been also added
The EXT5100 Series that adopts the independently driven top feed mechanism allows the machines to obtain larger differential feed ratio than the conventional EX/EXT Series, dramatically increasing the feeding efficiency. This feature lengthens the effective distance of the top feed dog, thus feeding the fabric accurately and straightly to produce a beautifully finished hem.
Push-button type stitch length adjustment
All you have to do is press the push button and turn the machine pulley. Thanks to this feature, you can effortlessly adjust the stitch length with ease of operation.
Sews various kinds of garments
If the optional cloth plate, which can be opened/closed easily, is used, it will increase the applications. Then only one machine can perform various kinds of operations such as blind stitch hemming, plain seaming and fullness application.
