Flat, displacement-free fabric edges, which are evenly filled and accurately bound, are the essential quality features when manufacturing quilts, bedspreads, blankets for rheumatics, sleeping bags as well as floor cushions and similar products. Class 767 a lockstitch machine with bottom feed, needle feed and alternating feet, vertical hook on the left side, edge trimmer, moving binder and large waste chute, has specially been laid out to meet these requirements. In order to counteract the frequent and cost-intensive bibbin change when processing large-sized workpieces the 767 is equipped with an XXL-hook the bobbin thread capacity of which has been increased by 70%. Equipped like that, the machine allows precise trimming and accurate binding in one operation thus quaranteeing an efficient production method and a high quality standard.
