the sensitivity regulator is electrodeless,can be set according to the types of different garments,and can detect ferrous materialsincluding brokenneedles buried in the products.the newly designed sensor improves the machine's detecting ablilty and reliability.
if any of the ferrous articles mentioned above is detected,the alarm will sound,the belt conveyor will stop.the substandard product will be returned to the operator,so the working efficienvy will be greatly inproved.
the indication light can point out where the broken needles and other ferrous articles are.
Horizontality check is applied to determine the detecting status.
the machine can detect broken needles and other ferrous articles embedded in men's suits,women's suits,children's wear,jackets and other sewn garments.
