Part of the S.M.GROUP-S.M.OVERSEAS is an international marketing company mainly handling papers of 100% wood free virgin, ecofriendly, quality in different categories of copy paper specifically and other types of various papers.
 
The company has a co associate manufacturing set up in China, and Indonesia. The company have a co associate office in China, Indonesia, Hongkong and Philippines.

The origin of the paper are from third country. The quality par excellence starting from 98 to 106% brightness varying from 70gsm, 75gsm and 80gsm and other specifications as per standard.
 
Terms and Conditions:
 
(a)  Business Terms: Minimum order 1 X 20ft Container or 1 X 40ft Container for trial orders- 5 tons.
 
(b)   Brand Creation:  If buyer wants to have its own brand then Art Work or Design is to be provided for which USD 1000 will be charged extra for its creation.
 
 
 
Minimum order should be 2 X 20ft Container. These are one time charges only and will be refunded in next order.
 
(c)  Payment Terms:  30% advance by T.T along with the order and balance 70% by  irrevocable letter of Credit payable at sight in our favors confirmed by the prime bank without recourse to the buyer expiring at sellers counter.
 
(d) Delivery:  4 to 6 working weeks from the receipt of the advance and order.
(e)   Origin: INDONESIA/CHINA/MALAYSIA
 
(f)    Samples:  Paid samples available by courier. Sample charges including courier fees which will be charged as per Country norms.
 
(g)    We do not provide free samples by post.
 
 
(h)        Packing:
   70gsm: 5 ream/carton: 458 reams/ Ton: +/- 8500reams/200ft Containers
   75gsm:5ream/carton:   428 reams/ton:+/- 8300 reams/200ft  Containers.
   80gsm: 5 ream/carton: 400 reams/ton:+/- 7800 reams/200ft Containers.
 
(i)    Price:  Price available on request.
 
(j)    Quantity: More or Less 5% allowed.
 
(k)   Preshipment, inspection by agency if required it will be charged at buyers cost.
  
(l) Freight: To be added as applicable at the time of shipment
