Inkjet Cartridge Cleaning System

Our Spindoktor is a fully automatic, universal cleaning system is proceeding 24pcs SPONGE TYPE inkjet cartridges simultaneously. The unit is PLC-controlled, the operator may adjust the parameters of the cycle according to the needs of the different products. The working area is completely made of solid (8mm thickness) stainless steel. The applied technology is unique world wide. Our Spindoktor cleaning system only needs an average of 60ml fluid to clean one standard cartridge to minimize the waste! So - beside of the savings of your budget, it is also saving the environment! This machine is able to clean color cartridges perfectly, so you even may fill yellow ink into the cyan chamber, printing clear yellow, after the product has passed the cleaning cycle. The Spindoktor cleaning system is even able to remove the dry pigmented inks (so called: shoepolish). The cartridges do not have to get disassembled for the cleaning procedure.We are offering various adapters for the different types of cartridges. It only takes approx. 10 minutes to change over to another product.
