Toner cartridges
The manufacturing of Emstar toner cartridges is a great challenge for our development team. Highest print quality, amount of pages per cartridge and optimal functioning in the printer must be guaranteed. On toner cartridges all parts, including drum units, are being replaced. Only the housing of the cartridge is reused. Emstar only uses the original (OEM) empties. Each cartridge is tested after assembly for functionality and print quality. Measurements will be made for environmentally unfriendly parts. As a customer you profit from this: lowest print costs at the highest quality - and the care for our environment at the same time.

Ink jet cartridges
Quality management is the most important for the continuity of the production. In durations tests colour quality, density control, PH-values, liquidity of the inks and the amount of prints are being tested. All products have proven themselves throigh especially developed inks.
With refill cartridges all rest inks are removed through a high quality technical system. Quality tests guarantee the highest print quality for texts, graphics and photos. Clean nozzles and protection of the nozzle plates is guaranteed. Emstar follows its strategy to offer the highest possible standards at a fair price.
