This is a flexographic ink system developed for high-resolution screen process work. It is
suitable for polyethylene, uncoated cellophane, co-extruded and orientated polypropylene,
paper, boards, treated nylon and metalised films and foils.
Features
Has excellent printability from the plate to the substrate without drying on the stereos or plates,
or drying into the anilox cells. Designed specifically for fine screen intricate process print designs.
Has good gloss and excellent tape release. Excellent oleic acid resistance for rice packaging in
polyethylene packs. The deep freeze resistance is also very good for polyethylene. High-gloss on
BOPP for snack foods.

General
Synthetic rubber is preferable for stereos and rollers because of the ester content.
For wash up purposes the recommended reducing solvent is required. Light and soap resistances
are dependant on pigment selection.
BCF
These inks have been formulated in accordance with the recommendation of the British Coatings
Federation.
Waste Disposal
Care should be exercised in the disposal of printing ink waste. This should be carried out in
accordance with good industrial practice observing all the appropriate regulations including the
relevant guideline notes to the Environment Conservation Act and Regulations (73/1989).
