1)Low viscosity ink (Zahn Cup No.4 and 18&25sec): When a cylinder rotates on the print panel having groove area, printing is to be made. Therefore, low viscosity ink is needed to let ink flow
into and out of the groove area continuously.2)Quick dry inkThe print object is mostly made of non-absorption materials of plastic film, such as OPP, PET, PE and aluminum foil, etc, and furthermore
printing is to be made commonly at the rate of 100&140 meters per minute and is completed before next print unit. Therefore, quick dry ink is need.3)High-polymer resin inkThe print object is
made of various kinds of high-polymer plastic film. Considering adhesiveness and other physical properties of the plastic film, high-polymer resin ink is needed to satisfy printing requirements of
each kind of the film.
The gravure ink inside ink pen is to put on the groove area and removes ink on non-print area by doctor-blade
