1. Introduction of Digital Textile Printing Ink
Aqueous base pigment ink (DPP-Ink Series), developed by our own technology, has:
1) High Density of Micro-corpuscle Inks.
2) Very safe for against the nozzle clogging.
3) Non-toxic and environmental friendly
4) Excellent light fastness
5) Excellent performance against water or other aqueous materials without bleeding problems.
6) No precipitation problem with 12 months warranty.
7) No ink emigration by over-lap of printed material during printing process.
8) Post-treatment like washing and fixing processes are not required.
2. Application
Can be applied to the all Piezo Electric Plotters, made by EPSON, MIMAKI, MUTOH, ROLAND or other makers, for digital printing on textiles, 100% Cotton, T/C, Poly or Nylon-spandex, Silk, etc.
Pre-treatment of textiles is required, however, post-treatment like Washing and Fixation processes are not required.

The current market demands are changing from volume purchasing for the lowest possible cost to timely purchasing. These trends favor digital printing's capabilities and advantages and satify these

to reduce inventory, risk, and response time from design to delivery, print providers will necessarily concentrate more on producing shorter runs with rapid turnaround than larger volumes at lower

3. Supplying Condition
Supplying by bulk ink package is available, not by cartridge form. Packing by 1 liter, 4 liters plastic bottle or 20 liters plastic drum. Minimum order shall not be required, however, hope by 20
liters unit if drum package shall be required.
4. Available Colors and Warranty
Can supply 11 colors (C.M.Y.K.LC.LM.LK.LLK.R.B.W) with pre-coating liquid (CL-DPCS) for White color printing. All our inks can be warranted for 12 months from the date of production as shelf-life.
Please keep inks in room condition. *) In case of the White Ink, 3 month's warranty as maximum.
5. Coating Liquid for Digital Textile Printing
We have coating liquid (CL-DPCS) to print White Ink as basement for printing the color image onto the dark and/or black color T-shirts.
