OPC drum coating - true CTL layer

this is the last version of coating liquid. next step i will makeautomatic stepping mechanism to coat the drum even more uniformly. butfor now we move airbrush with hand as you can see on the video. it iseasy to learn how fast to move. You can coat drums fast. As you can seeit on the video. It's not time consuming process. But it will save youlot of money. The coating is made of Polycarbonate resin (same resin asOEM uses to make CTL layer in the manufacturing of the OPC Drum). Spraycoating will prevent the scratches to get too deep and damage CGLlayer. When lower layer is damaged you can see defects on printed page.With recoating every time you can use the drum indefinatelly.
Sincepolycarbonate is an insultaor it will also eliminate any dark lines andlight scratches that were made in the previous cycle of the drum. Youare welcome to contact me and request free sample.
