Feature:

1. Transfer rate is more than 80%. It will reach up to 90% on specially coated transfer paper.
2. Guarantee maximum color gamut and photo-realistic print-out.
3. Smooth printing with nozzle clogging-free, settling-free, and bending-free.
4. Make the pictures transferred onto polyester fabric or other textiles feel soft and light.
5. The transferred printout is scratch-proof and wash-resistant. The image will not crack, peel or discolor, with good weather durability.

 

Others:

1. Please clean the pipeline, nozzles and the damper with JCD special cleaning solution before using sublimation ink, to avoid nozzles clogging due to inks incompatibility.
2. Stay for 20mins after filling ink into the cartridge (non-sponge only) or ink feeding system to make all bubbles out of it.
3. The printer setting should be checked with Mirror Image.

4. Regular plain paper will be fine for our sublimation ink, however, we suggest use the specially coated sublimation transfer paper for high quality image.
(Notice: The image quality should be judged and adjusted after heat transferred. Dont judge it just base on the printed image quality on the transfer paper.)

5. Transfer time: around 30~50seconds.
6. Transfer temperature: around 160~180.
7. If you have not obtained a satisfactory printout, we suggest you have another try with different coating and transferring materials. The image quality also depends on the substrate you chose.
8. Please clean the pipeline and nozzles with the cleaning solution for a long time rest, or print at least once a week.
