Velvet Printing Ink is available in 50 KGS and 200 KGS.

PACKING:

Velvet Printing Ink has a long shelf life of 3 months to 6 months provided it is stored in cool place.

STABILITY:

Velvet Printing Ink can be stored in poly lined or plastic or SS container. To have a longer shelf life the container should be kept tightly closed in cool but frost free place. The product can be easily washed off with water before the film dries up. In some case warm water with little scrubbing is required. In the event of the product coming in the direct contact with eyes or skin washing with plenty of water should be restored for any abnormal symptoms seek medical advice.

STORAGE AND HANDLING: 

While on hand table the temperature required 150^oC for 3 Minutes

While printing on flat belt machine and on rotary machine the temperature require should be less then 150^oC

Velvet Printing Ink is suitable to printing hand table, Flat belt machine and on Rotary Machine.

Velvet Printing Ink gives good color sharpness, Brightness & Softness.

It is also suitable to print or brush on hard substance.

Velvet printing is stable for Cotton, Viscous, Nylon, Polyester Blend fabrics.

Spartek dyes can also be added in Velvet Ink for colorful printing & Digital Printing effects.

Pigment colors can also be added in Velvet Ink

Velvet printing can be done on 100 mesh or 120 mesh bolting cloth.

Velvet printing Ink is a low temperature Ink therefore it is advisable printing must be done on finished fabrics.

USE & TECHNICAL: -Under Slow stirring 2-3% Fixer is to be added in Velvet Printing Ink for better adhesion.

Appearance          -       White Paste

It has developed for excellent adhesion. This product can be used on any fabrics and its gives excellent adhesion. After printing it gives soft feel on any fabrics or on hard substance.
