UV-FLUORESCENT PRINTING INKS

Many papers and boards include optical brighteners in order to increase the whiteness. Such materials also fluoresce under long-wave UV-light and therefore the desired effect is reduced. For this reason only substrates which are free of brighteners should be used.

The following three ink series are available:

Radiation curing and conventional printing inks for offset and letterpress printing on coated and uncoated paper, boards and foils. They are transparent whites which fluoresces according to the chosen colour shade under long-wave UV-light. One can chose from the colour shades yellow, red, violet or blue fluorescing.
