FLEXGLOSS SINGLE COMPONENT INK SYSTEM

This solvent base ink system can be used for surface or reverse printing of treated polyethylene and many other polyolefin films on Rotogravure and Flexographic presses. It exhibits very good gloss and adhesion properties. Product Features : Cleaner and sharper printing.Excellent reproduction of dot for process printing on two roller and doctor bladed inking system on flexographic presses. Product Properties : Block Resistance (50 Deg. Cent. / 10 psi / overnight) Print to Print Excellent Print to Back Excellent Resolubility : Excellent Adhesion (scotch tape) : 100% on treated polyethylene. PLATE / STEREOS : The solvent blend in this ink system permits the use of natural rubber or photopolymer plates. COMMON SOLVENT BLENDS : For Gravure printing NORMAL : 95% Toluene : 05% Normal Butanol For Flexo printing NORMAL : 100% Normal Butanol Accelerator : MEK Retarder : MIBK CLEAN-UP : Any of the above solvent blends are recommended for equipment clean up.
