You can process documents through the powerful Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine and transfer them to a word processing application to search the text using the file search functions of Windows.

PDF Encryption technology allows you for distribute documents via E-mail to anyone with fast, and convenient. Plus, you can easily set a password for PDF files to ensure it confidential. No more worry about distributing confidential information.

New Web Access
The feature permits the copier to double as data access terminals, allowing users to call up internet or intranet data directly through the full-size user-interface panel. This supports information retrieval, which includes PDF Documents from on-site locations without the need of a PC.
