Flexible faxing

The optional FK-506 fax kit turns the Flytech 163 into a fully-fledged super G3 fax machine for hig-speed transmission of faxes up to A3 size.

• 16 ppm standard GDI printing at 300 dpi.
• Optional network printing at 600 dpi and 10-base-T/100-Base-TX support with NC-503 network interface card or IC-206 print controller.
• Hig-speed RIP Once printing makes the IC-206 controller and ideal choice to print long documents and produce multiple sets.

In addition the Flytech 163 can be upgraded into a flexible network printing device.

With the standard GDI printer function documents up to A3 size can be output from a PC.

Equiped with the optional network interface card (NC-503) or the IC-206 print controller, TWAIN scanning is also possible via a network. These options also enhance the Flytech 163's scanning functionality, enabling Scan-to-email and scan-to-ftp network features.

The Flytech 163 allows PC connectivity via a standard USB 2.0 interface and uses local TWAIN scanners to scan originals up to A3 size.

The Flytech 163 has high-contrast indications, large buttons, a variable-angle LCD with back light and a new, simplified layout with clearer indications to make it easier to understand and simpler to use.

The Flytech 163's compact design is due to a space-saving inner paper output path and integrated electronic sorting. This device will find a space in even the smallest office.
