Wax Paper

Wax paper is used for packaging material of metal- and machine parts. Because of the smooth surface it is suitable particularly for goods which are very sensitive against scratches, for example high-grade steel. It can already be delivered from a width of 3 cm.

Wax paper is a wood free raw paper coated or soaked with paraffin. Face coated paper is primarily a moisture resistant paper, but  it can also absorb low quantities of water. Soaked paper is water proof . Both variations are aroma and fat tight, are a protection against corrosion and not poisonous. Wax paper is a solid package material, very resistant, acidity poor and flexible. It fills the German guideline VDI 3891. Wax papers are especially non-polluting and complete recyclable. The solidity can still be increased by a woven fabric.
